Q: When is my payment due? A: Credit card payment is due at time of registration.
Q: What if I need to cancel my reservation? A: You may cancel your reservation up to one week prior to the party date and still receive a full refund. No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than one week from the scheduled date.
Q: Can I add guests on the day of the party? A: Sorry folks. We need to know how many people are coming when your reservation is made.
Q: Will I get invitations to send out to my guests? A: We don't provide the actual invitation, but we do offer printable invitations. Click here to choose one now!
Q: May presents be brought to the party? A: Yes, wrapped presents may be brought to the party, but they must be checked under the name of the birthday party at the Package Pick Up area upon arrival. All presents will then be delivered to the party.
Q: Is there a minimum number of guests? A: Yes, a minimum of 8 paying attendees is required for each party.
Q: What if I want to have another kind of party? A: Of course, we can develop another type of party. Just give us a call, and we can work out the details.
Q: What are my options for cake? A: Each guest can choose a chocolate or white cupcake. Sorree...no food or cake may be brought in.
Q: Can I have an adult birthday party? A: Of Course! It doesn't matter what your age, the Folks at Boyds would love to party with you!
Q: Do you have any options for people who cannot have sugared products? A: Yes. We offer sugar-free ice cream upon request. Please notify us of your needs when booking the party, so we can make proper accommodations.
Q: How soon do I need to reserve my party? A: Due to the limited space and availability, please make your reservations at least two weeks prior to the event.
Q: How long does the party last? A: The party room is reserved for one hour from scheduled time of party.
